    It means that your reservation will be directly sent to us and soon afterward you will receive the confirmation reply upon your requested reservation.

  2. What is the meaning of filling and sending the reservation form?
    It means that you agree with our Terms and Conditions and fully responsible for its consequences.

  3. Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?
    The rates listed on Arowana Tour's website are only available through our service. If you would like to make a reservation directly with the hotel you will need to contact them directly, and you will usually be charged an average of 10% to 50% more.

  4. What happens if a client does not show up, cancels or don't use his confirmed reservation?
    No refund either in full or part will be given in such condition that:
    ·

    You are not able to show up at you're agreed reservation.

    ·

    You have an unused confirmed reservation or unutilized service included in the program commenced.

    ·

    For sightseeing tours you need to cancel your booking within less than 2 (two) days prior tour implementation.

    ·

    For tour packages you need to cancel your reservation within less than 1 (two) weeks prior to tour implementation except in the period of December 20 - January 05 where cancellation should be made within less than 30 days prior to tour implementation.

  5. I noticed that your tour rate classified in Diamond, Gold, and Silver. Could you explain to us on what base do you classify the rate?
    We are giving you options adjusting to your comfort in budgeting you holiday. Generally, we divide our tour packages into three type based on the choices of hotels specified right before you read the tour rate. It could be based on the ratings or on the facilities provided in the hotels. SAME SERVICE GUARANTEED. The names are only used to help you to identify each of them.

  6. What is included on a tour rate?
    Your tour rate will include government tax and service charge. Other standard services inclusions are English speaking or any other languages guide, entrance fee and air-conditioned transport. Other additional and specific services are NOT included unless mentioned on mentioned in the itinerary of the tour packages.   7. What is the availability of dates for the trips?
    Tour dates is generally available and suited to your request. However, we will also consider the availability of the tour components availability such as flight, accommodation, weather and condition, etc.

  8. Is it possible to change the itinerary suited to our request? Such as adding an item or a resort etc?
    You can freely customize the itineraries of a chosen tour. We will considerably add or omit an item/resort to the itineraries with several consequences as follows:
    - There could be a no additional charge, reduction or extra charge on the requested customization - We will inform you whether an additional day is needed to get to your special request or it could
      be tailored into the itinerary without having to add another day extension .

  9. What should I do if I need a certain package, but it is not listed in your products listing?
