All rates are quoted in US Dollars and this tariff is valid from November 01, 2002 until April 01, 2003.

HOTEL RESERVATION
Arowana Tours is providing the ON-LINE HOTEL RESERVATION for our respective website customers without any membership required. AROWANA TOURS will arrange the hotel reservation as requested by you (Customer) and report the room reservation result within one business day in normal condition.

Arowana Tours is always provide the most updated room rate on our website. However, some hotels may change their room rate at certain season. Any occurred rate changes will be notified to Customer at the time of confirmation by email.
When your reservation status is confirmed, you will be notified by email and will be given the payment options. If customer failed to settle the payment after the limit time, the room reservation will be automatically released and deleted.

TOUR RESERVATION

WHAT IS INCLUDED
The quoted tour prices included service as indicated in the tour description. Accommodation based on twin sharing basis, while a supplementary charge will be levied for single occupancy.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUSIVE
Price not inclusive 1 % VAT (Value Added Tax) Expenses other than specified in the itinerary such as international & Domestic airfares, airport taxes, laundry, excess baggage, tips, meals, (Unless Specified) Personal or nature which are not included in the quoted price.

CHILD DISCOUNT
A child under 12 years sharing with two adult in the some room is granted 25 % discount of the adult tour price 50 % discount is granted for a child for under 12 years sharing with 02 adult in the some room but note occupying extra bed. One child under 12 years sharing with one adult will be charge full adult tour price. Three adults in the same room is no discount and those under 02 years are free of charge (no service provided).

In order to avoid any inconveniences, please state the relevant tour code, arrival departure date flight number, number of person, name of passenger, name of hotel, type and number of rooms. Required, confirmation will be made by email or facsimile immediately.

PAYMENT
Payment by Credit Card is accepted only through facsimile transmission. Customer should send both copies of credit card, and fill-in, print, and sign our invoice form and fax it to +62 361 225754. All given information will be strictly held and kept confidentially.
Please note that there will be an additional bank charge at amount of 3 % of total payment.

Full payment should be received at least two weeks prior to the arrival of participants unless there is a pre arrangement. Any Failure in the fulfillment of the above requirements will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation. Once full payment has been received the tour price will not change except in the case of force major.

Customer should send a notification email after settled the bank transfer, along with total amount and date of transfer. Alternatively, customer may fax the bank transfer copy to +62 361 225754.

REFUND
No refund either in full or part will be given for unutilized service included in the program after tour has commenced, regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.

CANCELATION FEE
Cancellation fees will not be charges by AROWANA TOURS however, cancellation fees might be charged by other contractors such as hotel, transportation and others with whom agreement have been made and for such condition that my occur, these fees will be charged to the clients.

ACCOMODATION & ITINERARIES
Arowana Tours reserves the right to vary itinerary and hotel should the situation require. Any additional costs as a result of such variation are the responsibility of the tour participants. All luggage and personal affects are at all times and in all circumstances at the risk of the tour participant.

TOUR FACILITIES & TRANSPORTATION
In committing for a smooth tour operational, Arowana Tours provide fully experienced multiligula tour guides such as English, Japanese, Dutch, French, Mandarin, Italian, Spanish, Russian as well as Indonesian. High standard clean and government transport licensed AC Tourist land transportation such as Vans Minibus as well as bus.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is advisable that the participants should buy insurance at the time you book the flight and / or tour in this way you can ensure that you have the policy, that is exactly right for you and fulfills all your requirements.

RESPONSIBILTY
Arowana Tours, acts solely in the capacity as an agent in arranging for transportation, hotel and others services and therefore does not accept responsibility for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or others causes beyond its control, (force majeur) or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including. If a tour is cancelled, Arowana Tours shall have no liability beyond the refund of all monies paid by the tour participant.

If for any reason the serviced included in a tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in the itinerary, Arowana Tours, will use its best effort to arrange for the supply of comparable elements or services where applicable, Any resulting additional expenses will be the responsibility of the tour participant.

The tour participant acknowledges that by paying for the tour, they agree to accept and its bound by the terms and condition set forth in this book.
